As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a HR Manager, reporting to our Senior VP, to join our entrepreneurial and people focused team.

Our role… 

Based in our North West London HQ, this role is currently stand alone and will support our growing business as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

The successful candidate will ensure our HR department supports our employees while helping ensure we stay abreast of the latest changes and best practices in employment law.

Responsibilities will include… 

  • Working with the Board to continually review and improve Hr practices, processes an initiatives
  • Assisting with employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Managing the recruitment process including posting job adverts, shortlisting CV’s and arranging interviews
  • Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. new starters, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Preparing HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, offer letters, staff handbook)
  • Helping organise and maintain personnel records
  • Dealing with ad hoc HR related issues as they arise

You will have…  

  • CIPD qualification (advantageous)
  • Proven work experience as a HR Advisor or other relevant role
  • Able to work on own initative
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Some working knowledge of current employment law and best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour

Our role… 

Based in our North West London HQ, this role’s main purposes will include providing administrative and secretarial support to senior board members, including the CEO and Chairman/Founder.

Responsibilities will include… 

  • Drafting, composing and proofreading letters and emails
  • Arranging international and domestic travel
  • Screening calls, enquiries and requests
  • Support with organising and scheduling meetings, video calls and visitors
  • Any other administrative duties as may reasonably be required

You will have…  

  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to juggle priorities and schedules
  • Full driving licence

Our role… 

Based in our North West London HQ, this role’s main purposes will include delivering our e-commerce development roadmap.

Responsibilities will include… 

  • Working with our Digital Designers to build, test and deploy new web pages.
  • Support with ongoing website maintenance and updates
  • Work with SEO Manager to optimise website performance and speed

You will have…  

  • 2-3 years’ experience in front-end development
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Good understanding of layout aesthetics
  • High attention to details
  • Comfortable working within a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Shopify and Liquid Language programming (desirable)
  • Foundation knowledge of SEO principles (desirable)

Our role… 

Based in our North West London HQ, this role’s main purposes will include supporting the wider team with the management of our infrastructures as well as troubleshooting.

Responsibilities will include… 

  • Providing 1st/2nd line support to users in the business via phone, email and remote connections.
  • Administration and support of computers, printers, laptops and desk phones.
  • Providing support when technicians are on annual leave or busy.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties when required.
  • Hardware/Software fault finding and resolution.
  • System builds/software installations and configurations.

You will have…  

  • Passion for IT
  • IT related degree, diploma or other related professional qualifications
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good problem solving skills
